Healthcare Marketing
Marketing that understands what's at stake in healthcare.

Who we work with
We work with clinics and physicians, health systems, dental and vision practices, mental health providers, pharma companies, and medical device manufacturers — each with its own patient audience, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
What they share is a need for marketing that is credible, respectful, and built on an accurate understanding of what healthcare providers can and cannot say. We know that landscape well, and we bring that knowledge to every engagement.
What we do differently
Most generalist agencies approach healthcare marketing the same way they approach any other client: great creative, fast execution, figure out the rules as questions come up. That creates risk — for the campaign, and for the provider.
We've built our healthcare practice around the regulatory frameworks that govern health marketing in Canada: the advertising standards set by provincial Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons, Health Canada's rules on what can and cannot be said to consumers about drugs and medical devices, CASL's consent requirements for any digital outreach, and the privacy obligations that apply when patient data touches a marketing workflow.
This doesn't mean our work is timid. It means our work is sound. There's a lot you can say and do within these frameworks — and we know how to find the creative and strategic opportunity within the boundaries.

How we work with healthcare clients
We ask questions other agencies don't think to ask. We review the applicable College advertising standards before a single line of copy is written.
From there, we move into strategy and creative, with a built-in compliance review at every stage before anything goes to the client for approval, and again before anything goes live.
Providers retain final sign-off on all advertising, as required by most College standards. We make that review process easy, clear, and documented.
Why this matters to your patients
Healthcare marketing that is misleading, exaggerated erodes patient trust. The people your marketing reaches are making decisions about their health. The way you present your services, your credentials, and your outcomes tells them who you are as a provider before they ever walk through the door.
We take that seriously. The work we produce for healthcare clients is accurate, proportionate, and written with the patient relationship in mind.
