Nightingale Academy is a leading post-secondary institution in Edmonton, Alberta with a special focus on training Health Care Aides. Nightingale Academy has been training health care professionals for over 20 years and has garnered a reputation as a top-rated college with nursing instructors and student support that is second to none.
Nightingale Academy approached us with the goal of improving and enhancing their online presence through a website rebuild, rebranding, and an increase in both paid and organic digital marketing efforts. Nightingale Academy already had a website and a Facebook page that were both in need of an update when we were called in to help.
Nightingale Academy’s old website was dated and provided a less than optimal user experience that needed some timely improvements along with their SEO.
It was decided that an overhaul of their website and fresh rebranding were needed. This was the first step our team took for this project. At the same time, we were also able to take over their organic digital marketing efforts. We did this by updating their existing Facebook page along with creating new Instagram, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp accounts and populating each with informational content. Additionally, we decided on making use of paid advertisements on both Google and Facebook, increasing Nightingale Academy’s brand awareness and driving action from those who show interest.

The updated logo and branding are now a better reflection of their years of expertise in training Health Care Aides and their prominence in the education industry.
Its sleek and sophisticated design of a school “crest” and meaningful symbols gives the feeling of professionalism, authority, and distinction in the education industry. We gave their website a fresh new look to complement the new logo and to give them consistent branding throughout their online presence. We populated the pages of the new website with more content and key phrases to improve their SEO and ranking within Google.
We continue to add to the new and existing social media accounts with timely posts and educational information to add value to their online presence.
We also continue to optimize their paid marketing efforts by running ads that link people to a landing page to “learn more” about Nightingale’s Health Care Aide training program. Here we also monitor ad performance and conversions. We continually make changes in order to hone the paid marketing efforts to get the best results. Since we began our work with Nightingale, they have consistently recruited their target number of students for each monthly intake.
