The Opportunity
CDF was preparing to introduce their new DFR drilling fluid recycling unit to the market at PDAC 2026, one of the most significant events in the mineral exploration calendar. The opportunity was clear, but so was the challenge: create a compelling, unified brand presence across video, print, and digital, without physically transporting the equipment to Toronto. Everything needed to look polished, feel cohesive, and be ready on a tight timeline.

Our Solutions
Phase 1: Brand & Visual Direction
Before a single asset was produced, we established the visual language for the entire campaign. A clean industrial aesthetic, consistent colour palette, and defined typography system gave every deliverable a unified look and feel, from the booth backdrop to the brochure to the landing page.
Phase 2: Photo & Video Production
We travelled on-site with the CDF team to capture the DFR unit, their team, and their warehouse facility. The resulting footage was edited into a 5-minute branded video, incorporating both our original shoot assets and supplementary media provided by CDF. Motion graphics, seamless transitions, and branded text overlays delivered a polished looping presentation for the booth display screen, no audio or voiceover required.
Phase 3: Trade Show Booth & Print Materials
We designed and produced a complete 10x10 booth experience, including a custom 10-foot fabric tension backdrop, a podium with a custom wrap, and a branded table wrap. Business cards were produced to match the campaign identity, giving the CDF team a consistent, professional touchpoint in every one-on-one conversation. A tri-fold brochure with an integrated QR code rounded out the print suite, prepared as press-ready files and coordinated through to final production.
Phase 4: PDAC Landing Page & Digital Tracking
A dedicated landing page was built off the existing CDF website, featuring the branded video, product overview, downloadable brochure, and an inquiry form. Full GA4 and UTM tracking covered video plays, form submissions, and QR-based visit attribution, ensuring every booth conversation had a measurable path forward.
The Conclusion
Seeing the full campaign come together on the show floor at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre validated the work behind it. The backdrop, table wrap, video display, business cards, and brochures all operated as one cohesive brand experience, representing CDF with the professionalism their product launch deserved.
GA4 event tracking and UTM-tagged QR codes ensured the engagement at the booth translated into measurable, actionable data after the show. What CDF walked away with was not just a trade show presence, but a reusable asset library and a digital follow-up system built to perform beyond PDAC.
