Opportunity

Strathmore & District Chamber of Commerce required a website renovation. Their former website was slow to load, wasn’t mobile-friendly, and lacked the ability to for new members to register with the Chamber on site. The Chamber looked for a Calgary web design firm to develop a digital strategy and new website that would profile the business community in Strathmore.

Mobile Responsiveness

The site is as beautiful on the mobile screen as it is on monitor. We made sure that user-interaction on mobile is as relaxed and free as it is on larger screens.

Result

Full Blast Creative worked together with the marketing department at the Chamber to offer our website design services. The first task was to gain an understanding of the Chamber’s needs which primarily was to highlight and feature local businesses and then to encourage new members to join. With these 2 objectives in mind, our website design team considered creative, copy, site structure, presented a variety of design options and then began to reassemble and rebuild their website so that it would profile the business community in Strathmore and of course their membership. The new website is mobile-responsive, and allows for membership payment online (eCommerce website development). Within 1 week of launching the website, 2 new memberships were purchased!
